Job Duties

• Operate Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, and Clamp equipment safely and efficiently
• Utilize Zebra RF scanners for picking, put-away, inventory, and order processing
• Work within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and 3PL environment
• Handle and organize inventory using modular racking systems (T-racks)
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials as required
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all warehouse tasks
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a WMS and 3PL warehouse environment
• 1-3 years of forklift experience (Cherry Picker, Reach, Sit-Down, Clamp).Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using Zebra RF scanners
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 75 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
