Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Prepare simple meals and support clients with feeding as needed
- Provide medication reminders (no administration involved)
- Complete light housekeeping tasks and laundry
- Support safe movement, transfers, and mobility throughout the home
- Offer reliable companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain thorough documentation
- Ensure the home remains a safe, clean, and comfortable space
Who We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required
- Friendly, patient, and dependable with a positive outlook
- Communicates well and is open to direction and growth
- Cool-headed and consistent in any situation
- Zero experience needed — your character matters most!
