The Chiropractor provides evidence-based care to promote an optimal patient experience. The Chiropractor treats patients with a variety of diagnoses, including both repetitive stress and athletic injuries. The Chiropractor works both individually and as part of the greater health care team to optimize patient outcomes and clinic performance metrics.Job ResponsibilitiesUtilizes advanced clinical reasoning and skills to evaluate and treat complex member casesDevelops and implements treatment plans that emphasize a progression towards active care, including exercise and rehabilitationCollaborates with the physical medicine rehab team (physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, fitness) and the comprehensive care team (primary care, nursing, behavioral health, health coaching, optometry) to optimize patient outcomesFollows Crossover clinical and regulatory standards and health care pathwaysAccurately document patient findings in shared electronic medical recordIncorporates objective data in managing patient cases through administering and evaluating standardized functional outcome measuresDevelops new programs, classes, and processes to optimize member-care experience as requestedPerforms other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsDoctorate of ChiropracticThree or more years of clinical chiropractic work experienceCurrent license by the State Board of Chiropractic ExaminersCurrent BLS ( Basic Life Support) certificationPreferred QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of clinical chiropractic work experience (orthopedic and/or sports therapy experience preferred)Advanced clinical certification (ex: CCSP, Rehab Diplomate, etc.) preferredExceptional clinical and interpersonal skillsPhysical Job RequirementsRequires standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordinationIncludes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients.Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges.
