What will you be doing as a Technician with Family Entertainment Group?

• Providing excellent guest service
• Troubleshooting and repairing arcade games and attractions
• Ordering parts to repair games and attractions and receiving parts orders
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Performing routine inspections on equipment
• Assembling new pieces of equipment
• Acting with a sense of urgency to keep all games and attractions operational
• Using creativity and problem-solving skills to find solutions to complex problems
• Assisting in other departments when called upon to do so

Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

• A background in arcade game and attraction maintenance or experience working with similar equipment in related industries such as casinos, bowling alleys, etc.
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues
• Experience assembling and disassembling mechanical components
• Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
• Experience with electrical soldering
• Ability to use a multimeter
• Ability to inventory a wide range of tools and maintain an organized work area
• Basic computer skills
• A willingness to learn new things. The ideal candidate would be highly coachable
