Custodial Lead

As a full‑time Custodial Lead, you will oversee daily custodial operations across multiple sites, lead a team of custodians, develop and manage cleaning schedules, conduct inspections, provide training and motivation to team members, and engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback. Responsibilities Oversee daily custodial operations and ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness. Lead a team of custodians in executing thorough cleaning procedures. Develop and manage effective work schedules and address immediate challenges. Conduct inspections to uphold quality standards. Provide training, direction, and motivation to team members. Engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills for interacting with both team members and clients. Attention to detail to uphold standards of excellence during inspections and task oversight. Problem‑solving skills to navigate unexpected challenges. Time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and execute schedules efficiently.
