Position responsibilities Assist field sales reps in applications for warehouse products, make sure specifications fit the customer’s needs. Perform as liaison between company, field sales rep, and manufacturer for warehouse products – assist with sourcing products needed and in problem resolution. Generate proposals for pending deals. Process orders for warehouse products. Approve and process customer and vendor invoices. Process commissions for sales reps. Process required End of Month reports Work closely with Industrial Engineer on special projects. Perform as backup to team members as needed. Take care of walk-in customers as needed. Handle incoming phone calls. Maintain inventory records on allied products. Assist Credit Department with customer relations. Monitor inventory of allied literature, order as needed. Filing May be required to attend off-site functions occasionally (such as trade shows or customer outings) Perform projects as requested. Essential skills and experience Strong communication skills. Detail oriented.
