CNC Machine OperatorOrthman Conveying Systems (OCS), Cleburne, TXFull-Time, HourlyPut your machining experience to work in a hands-on manufacturing role where precision, quality, and teamwork matter. Orthman Conveying Systems (OCS) is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC mills and lathes while producing components to engineering specifications.What You'll DoSet up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and lathesRead engineering drawings, blueprints, and work ordersSelect tooling and adjust machine controls and offsetsMaintain required dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishesInspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instrumentsComplete production documentation and report deviations or nonconforming partsPerform routine machine maintenance and keep work area cleanCommunicate production status and equipment issues to supervisors, engineers, and team membersFollow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipmentWhat You'll BringHigh school diploma or GEDAt least 2 years of CNC machining experience operating both mills and lathesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of G-code, tooling, speeds, and feedsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and contribute as part of a teamVocational or technical training is preferredWork Environment and Physical RequirementsThis position works in a manufacturing environment with loud noise and non-climate-controlled conditions.
