Lead Teller

Position Overview Lead Teller – La Feria Branch, La Feria, TX. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. This role requires coaching and mentoring tellers while delivering a high‑quality customer experience. Responsibilities Coach and mentor tellers, setting an example of customer service and problem resolution. Handle diverse customer interactions and transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Educate customers on available financial products and services, using technology and resources to meet their needs. Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer appropriately to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products. Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and new‑hire selection processes. Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). 1+ year of related experience in banking or customer service. Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to identify and refer banking opportunities. Knowledge of risk management and compliance best practices. Proficiency with banking technology and tools. Spanish language skills are a plus.
