We are looking for established Independent Contractors to service our commercial clients in the South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana region. Requirements This is for serious operators with a legal entity - not hobbyists. Proven experience in commercial cleaning (required) Ability to staff and manage accounts reliably Professional cleaning equipment and supplies (or ability to obtain) General liability insurance (required) Workers' compensation coverage (as applicable) Reliable transportation Strong communication and accountability Commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism Capacity to take on recurring accounts Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities (preferred) Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control (preferred) The Opportunity City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced commercial cleaning contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients across the region.
