Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and needs. Promote and sell D1 Training programs and memberships effectively. Conduct tours of the facility and provide comprehensive information about services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention. Assist in organizing promotional events and fitness challenges. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Collaborate with the training team to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous sales experience in fitness or related industry is a plus. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
