Job Description INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center, Oklahoma’s largest not‑for‑profit health system, offers a Registered Nurse position in Oklahoma City. The RN will work a 7 a.m.–7 p.m. shift with the Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation team, delivering exceptional care. The staff RN assumes responsibility for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process. The role may require floating to other units and participation in on‑call status. This position requires population‑specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact. Responsibilities Assessment/re‑assessments Development of the plan of care Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions Supervise and coordinate licensed and non‑licensed personnel in patient care as assigned Provide guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate Qualifications Required Qualifications Current RN license in Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) member state BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire (Hospice only: current CPR in lieu of BLS) Other certifications or competencies required based on service line skill Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation; proof of automobile liability insurance Preferred Qualifications CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse) for hospice positions Physical Demands The position may require additional or varied physical demands, respiratory fit test requirements, and potential exposure to infections, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, and chemicals.
