Apprentice Technician - HVAC Commercial

Casto Technical Services Apprentice Technician - HVAC Commercial Clarksburg, WV 26301 We are looking for candidates who want a challenging career in the HVAC industry including Service, BAS controls, Energy Services, and Mechanical trades. This position is an entry into the HVAC career path and is for the person looking to make HVAC a career and grow with the company. The locations we are hiring in: Clarksburg, Morgantown, Wheeling, and Beckley WV. Not only will you receive On the Job Training, but training in a classroom setting as well as web-based courses. Expectations Be on time. Participate in every type of training. High level of professionalism. Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent written/oral communication skills. Ability to speak professionally to customers. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in HVAC. Must complete Service reports, time sheets, log sheets, and any reports filled out electronically and sent by end of each day. Company vehicle must be kept neat and clean. Vehicle inventory must be kept orderly; accurate record-keeping must be maintained when charging out parts and materials. Vehicle maintenance must be performed in accordance with the owner's manual. Assist other team members when called upon. Continue HVAC education with an eye on the future. Education and Experience Must have a high school diploma. Vocational school in HVAC (preferred). Valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
