Relief Program Administrator/ Licensed Clinical Director (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Are you looking for a meaningful role in behavioral health and have the desire to work with an organization that puts people first? Role : The Relief Program Administrator/ Licensed Clinical Director manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of an assigned program on an interim basis. This position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, actively overseeing quality assurance and performance improvement, and providing clinical leadership. The Interim Administrator–Clinical Director collaborates with corporate departments, outside consultants, and serves as the program’s representative to County/State agencies, community partners, and consumer groups. This role requires extensive travel (approximately 75–90% annually) across Crestwood’s California programs. Assignments may include interim coverage for new program openings, vacancies, or leaves of absence, typically ranging from two to three months in duration. Qualifications Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. One year of leadership experience in an inpatient, outpatient, or relevant setting. Demonstrated experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use conditions, families, and advisory boards. Strong knowledge of State/County mental health systems, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ability and willingness to travel extensively across California (75–90%).
