What youll do:

• Support the purchasing organization and distribution of all Lakepointe ministry resources including Lakepointes internal ordering system student resources and special event and seasonal programming.
• Help lead and equip volunteers to provide campus teams with the resources needed to execute ministry programming across all Lakepointe campuses as needed.
• Ensure resources are properly returned organized and inventoried following events.
• Coordinate with Central Ministry teams to provide campuses with the materials needed to implement ministry initiatives and programming.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring resources are available on time within budget well organized and of the highest quality.
• Assist with purchase packing and organization of campus launch resources.
• Help maintain inventory of resources between event use.
• Participate in monthly All-Staff meetings and worship gatherings.

Skills & Experience youve had:

• High School Diploma
• Ministry experience preferred
• Purchasing and fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to learn new software and programs
• High level of customer service
