Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dietary Cook to join our team at Concord Care Center of Sandusky. As a Dietary Cook, you will play a crucial role in providing delicious and nutritious meals to our residents, while also ensuring that their dietary needs and restrictions are met. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, that meet the dietary needs and restrictions of our residents
Follow health restrictions and provide meals with dietitian's orders
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with our dietary team to plan and prepare meals that are both nutritious and appealing
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our residents' dietary needs and preferences
Participate in menu planning and food preparation, ensuring that all meals are prepared fresh and to order
