You will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank statements to ensure the accuracy of all accounts. You will work in an office environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. • Regularly review and reconcile bank statements and accounts to guarantee accuracy
• Administer daily financial processes and maintain precise documentation
• Compile and share financial reports with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making
• Explore ways to enhance processes and apply effective bookkeeping strategies
• Administer compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies

• Meticulous and organized in managing tasks

• Familiarity with counting tools such as QuickBooks is required

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping
