Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatologist to serve as Medical Director for a 7-bed Level II NICU and well-baby nursery in Harrisonburg, Virginia . This position is ideal for a physician leader who values hands‑on clinical excellence , programmatic influence and a sustainable lifestyle within a supportive, highly engaged hospital environment.

As Medical Director, you will shape clinical standards, guide quality initiatives, and serve as a trusted clinical leader while maintaining a predictable and balanced schedule.
