Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality critical care
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in compliance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license for residency verification purposes
• Ability to complete required learning modules prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a critical access or rural hospital setting
