You'll work alongside experienced, high-performing agents while using established systems, proven processes, and hands-on experience with active buyers. Through assisting with home searches and showings across Central Kentucky, you'll build the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills necessary for long-term success in real estate.

Responsibilities

In this position, you'll support buyers throughout their home search while expanding your real estate knowledge and experience.

• Conduct property showings for qualified buyers throughout Central Kentucky
• Maintain timely, professional communication with clients and team members
• Support lead agents with buyer consultations, follow-up, and related tasks
• Gather and accurately relay buyer feedback after showings
• Monitor new listings, available inventory, and relevant local market activity
• Help buyers understand the various steps involved in purchasing a home
• Follow the team's systems, scripts, procedures, and established workflows consistently

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
