Remote TN Licensed Attorney

Pay: From $70,000.00-$75,000 per year

Our medium-sized law firm is looking for a Tennessee licensed attorney to help our large client base. Attorneys on our team work with firm clients providing detailed telephone consultations on a wide range of matters including business law, family law, landlord-tenant, consumer matters and estate planning. This non-litigation position involves extensive client contact. Additional tasks include drafting letters, reviewing contracts and other legal documents, negotiate settlements and perform legal research in a variety of areas of law. We are looking for someone who can compassionately and aggressively represent our clients’ interests.

This position is particularly suited to attorneys that are starting out in practice, retirees, attorneys looking for a work-from-home opportunity or seeking to expand their practices areas. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to learn and advise on different areas of law and must possess excellent communication skills to be successful in this client-facing role.

Work from home is a possibility after initial training period

Job Requirements

• Juris Doctor Degree plus TN state bar admission
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately to meet all productivity goals
• Ability to multitask and handle significant volume of cases
