We are hiring professional Class A CDL Drivers for a premier dedicated account out of Perryville, MD. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position perfect for drivers who like to stay moving and active rather than just sitting behind the wheel. Enjoy consistent weekly miles, a steady paycheck, and the stability of having two consecutive days off every single week. What We Offer Home Daily: Maintain a normal local routine and be home after every single shift. Predictable Schedule: Work a solid 5-day week and count on 2 consecutive days off to recharge. High Mileage: Stay busy and maximize your income averaging 1,800 miles per week. Multiple Pay Streams: Stable Mileage Pay backed by extra Availability Pay and regular Safe & On-Time Bonus potentials. Average $1725-$2136 weekly pay. Full Benefits Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. Route & Fleet Details The Route: Pull freight directly from the Perryville, MD distribution center, executing dedicated regional loops into Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Staten Island, NY, before returning back to the DC. Night Operations: The fleet operates 24/7. Available dispatch windows start in the evening and early morning hours between 6:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Active Unloading (Touch Freight): This is a multi-stop delivery fleet averaging 10 to 20 stops per week. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading trailers utilizing company-provided pallet jacks. Driver Requirements License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Experience: Minimum of 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience. Location: Must live within 45 miles of Perryville, MD. Physical Stamina: Must be physically capable of lifting and pulling up to 75 lbs. routinely to manage pallet jack deliveries. Commute: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute daily to the yard. (Note: Trucks must remain parked at the distribution center and cannot be taken home.) Screening: Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
