The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is an essential part of the care team, working closely with nurses and therapists to support patients throughout their care journey. This role offers valuable clinical exposure and is ideal for individuals exploring or beginning a long term career in nursing or healthcare. Learn more about our nursing program: Qualifications: Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time direct patient experience; or High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in a healthcare setting; or High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time face‑to‑face customer service experience; or Matriculation in a Nursing Program.
