Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Unit Details:
The patient population includes individuals undergoing active cancer treatment, post-surgical oncology cases, and patients requiring symptom management for complications such as neutropenia, pain crises, and disease progression.
The unit supports end-of-life and palliative care when appropriate.
The unit also cares for a range of medical-surgical diagnoses and serves the majority of the facility's bariatric patients returning from surgery.
Oncology is a small component of the unit, and oncology patients typically do not receive chemotherapy on this unit.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend and rotating holidays.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
