As a teammate here, you will practice medicine in a patient-centered, state-of-the-art facility that opened in August 2023. Our modern, wheelchair-accessible setup includes five examination rooms, ensuring we can handle a significant caseload efficiently. You will have access to crucial diagnostic tools, including a dedicated x-ray room and advanced dental radiograph equipment. Furthermore, we are equipped with a fully furnished surgery suite, enabling you to confidently perform a wide range of surgical procedures and urgent care cases.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
