Adam's Rib Smokehouse, located in Salem, OR, is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Back of House (BOH) team. What You'll Be DoingAs a member of our BOH team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy the delicious BBQ we're known for. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking food to meet our high-quality standards. - Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space. - Assisting with food storage, inventory, and restocking as needed. - Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Supporting your teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
