Commission Sales Associate - Women's Shoes

Summary Provides high-impact sales and customer service on the women's shoe floor. Responsible for meeting individual commission targets through proactive client engagement and product expertise. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships to drive sales. Achieve personal sales goals and commission targets through proactive selling and clienteling. Maintain strong product knowledge of the women's shoe assortment and current trends. Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well presented and stocked. Process sales transactions and assist with inventory replenishment and receiving as needed. Requirements 2+ years of retail or commission sales experience, preferably in footwear or apparel. Strong communication, clienteling, and closing skills. Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
