Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager – Leonard, TX Thalle seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager and production team. The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills, with experience in wastewater/water treatment projects and Primavera P6. Key Responsibilities Draft subcontractor agreements and ensure timely execution. Assist with project planning, scheduling, and execution of large‑scale construction projects using Primavera P6. Manage subcontractor operations and coordinate equipment deliveries. Prepare monthly pay requests, submit purchase orders, and track material usage. Track and file project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, invoices, and receipts. Conduct site safety inspections and report findings to the Superintendent and Safety Manager. Attend site meetings with owners and subcontractors. Qualifications 4–6 years of project support experience. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with water or wastewater treatment plants (WWTP). Ability to self‑manage with minimal supervision, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Physical Requirements Perform essential job functions safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and local standards. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
