Relocation Assistance also available!Work life balance: Four day a week schedule!You'll be part of a supportive therapy team culture committed to person-centered, evidence-based careAccess to ongoing professional development, specialty training, and mentorshipOpportunity to collaborate across inpatient and outpatient programsEmployee perks: On campus fitness center membership discount, free wellness coaching sessions, and generous matching 401(k)!What you'll do:Perform skilled evaluations and deliver individualized speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing interventionsCreate and update patient-centered treatment plansCollaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to support exceptional outcomesComplete clear, accurate documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standardsContribute to departmental initiatives and maintain productivity expectationsWhat you bring:Current Montana Speech-Language Pathology license (or obtained by hire date)Current HS AED CPR or BLS HCP certification, or ability to obtain within 6 monthsStrong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Effective written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information with professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software systems.Desired Qualifications:Two (2) years of relevant experience preferred.Experience with Vocal Cord Dysfunction/ILO (Induced Laryngeal Obstruction), chronic cough, concussion, or aphasia interventionsComfort treating neurologic diagnoses such as stroke, Parkinson's, ALS, or MSProficiency completing adult MBSS studiesCertifications such as VitalStim, LSVT, or AAC are desiredAural Rehab experience is a plus!We know great clinicians bring different strengths.
