RN Registered Nurse Supervisor (This position will be on a cart with lesser load) Full Time 11p-7a Job Summary: Join the Indian River Center team as a RN Registered Nurse Supervisor and take your career to the next level! Responsibilities: Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred) Current RN license in the state of employment Peripheral IV certification CPR/BLS certification Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centres Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful About the Role: As a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be a key member of our nursing team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
