Job Description Shift: 3 12-hour shifts; 11AM-11:30PM & Rotating Weekends Location: Henry Ford Medical Center-Fairlane 19401 Hubbard Drive Dearborn MI 48126 Join a dynamic Emergency Department team where your clinical expertise and compassionate care directly impact patient outcomes. As a Registered Nurse, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process—assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to drive positive patient outcomes Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while delegating and supervising team members to ensure seamless care delivery Champion clear, effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure everyone is aligned on care goals Document patient care and education thoroughly, maintaining accurate records that support continuity of care Identify and solve care variances proactively, implementing solutions that keep patients on track to achieve their health goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to find innovative solutions and continuously improve patient care quality Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing Healthcare Provider Certification (BCLS) Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse Education/Experience Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Emergency Department or inpatient care experience Core Competencies Required Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members Proficiency in patient care documentation and medical record management #J-18808-Ljbffr
