If you nodded yes, our Baldwin County team is looking for you to coordinate the order-to-cash process and keep our accounts receivable accurate, timely, and transparent.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the AR cycle end-to-end: prompt, precise invoicing and diligent follow-up.
• Monitor accounts, spot discrepancies, and resolve them quickly.
• Compile and maintain clear AR reports to guide business decisions.
• Reach out to customers regarding open items, due dates, and terms.
• Collaborate with finance to refine billing processes and strengthen cash flow.
• Assist with month-end close and ensure reconciliations are complete.
• Keep thorough, organized documentation of all AR transactions.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting/finance role.
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and procedures.
• Comfort with accounting systems and Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and QuickBooks capability.
• Top-tier accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s in finance or accounting preferred. Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
