City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview Sentara Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Specialists are now hiring a full‑time Registered Nurse Practice Coordinator in Norfolk, VA. All qualified candidates can receive a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Hours Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. No nights, holidays, or weekends. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse Practice Coordinator functions as a clinical leader under the direction of the Practice Manager, overseeing patient care services for ambulatory populations. Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning clinic staff to meet patient and clinic needs; performing patient care; developing and implementing clinical practice guidelines and protocols; and providing support with patient decision‑making, education, and coordination of services to assure quality outcomes. The coordinator collaborates with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and registered nurses to provide comprehensive care and supervises licensed practical nurses and medical assistants.
