Occupancy Specialist - Training Provided, Day Shift

Overview The Occupancy Specialist / Property Manager role manages two properties, handling tenant relations, lease enforcement, and promoting occupancy. Working primarily Monday through Friday, 32 hours/week, it offers flexibility and benefits. Responsibilities Collecting payments Ensuring compliance with HUD and fair housing laws Maintaining tenant files Overseeing property maintenance Conducting inspections Marketing units Managing tenant certifications Responding to emergencies Qualifications High school diploma or GED Prior property management or customer service experience Valid driver’s license Completion of HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist training Benefits Loan forgiveness eligibility Health insurance Paid time off Training opportunities Other Information Travel between properties and occasional overnights may be required.
