ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jamie Smith‑State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer incoming phone calls. Respond to customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Engage in conversations with existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Property/Casualty license (must be willing to obtain).

SCHEDULE
