Brandi's Hope is looking for a Site Director for our Natchez location. We are a person-centered organization that provides Medicaid waiver services under the auspices of the Department of Mental Health.

As Site Director, you will be responsible for creating a positive work culture and identifying and monitoring community-based outcomes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will ensure the implementation of the structural practices endorsed by Brandi's Hope policies and procedures and Mississippi Department of Mental Health standards.

This position includes oversight of all standard practices of Day Program and Residential services while maintaining positive, interactive working relationships. The position also functions as a liaison between the site's staging area, persons in support homes and within the community of Natchez.

Job duties include but are not limited to oversite of the physical environments, documentation of services, transportation, staffing and budgets. Applicants should be detail oriented, organized, global thinker, compassionate, patient, and professional. This is a multifaceted position that is rewarding as you witness the people in support achieve their lifelong goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. Must have a Master's Degree in Human Services or related field or licensure in a health/human services field or equivalent experience.
  3. At least two years of supervisory experience, four years of in-house experience preferred.
  4. Two years of experience working with children/adults with developmental disabilities.
  5. Must be flexible with work schedule to ensure efficient operations.
  6. Must have a valid driver's license.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Enhance Staff Relations by utilizing participatory supervision techniques as described by the evaluation indicators.
  2. Model Direct Support via the Community Support Skills Standards as described by the evaluation indicators.
  3. Facilitate and Support Consumer Support Networks as described by the evaluation indicators.
  4. Provide leadership in Program Planning and Monitoring as described by the evaluation indicators.
  5. Complete Personnel Management tasks as described by the evaluation indicators.
  6. Ensure Training and Staff Development activities are completed as described by the evaluation indicators.
  7. Ensure Public Relations are of good quality as described by the evaluation indicators.
  8. Ensure all Maintenance related activities are completed as described by the evaluation indicators.
  9. Ensure all Health and Safety Issues related to service delivery are addressed as described by the evaluation indicators.
  10. Ensure all Financial Activities related to service delivery are addressed as described by the evaluation indicators.
  11. Ensure all Scheduling and Payroll tasks related to service delivery are completed as described by the evaluation indicators.
  12. Coordinate Employment Services for individuals seeking employment as described by the evaluation indicators.
  13. Monitor and Coordinate Policies, Procedures and Rule Compliance as described by the evaluation indicators.
  14. Ensure that all Office Work is completed and is of high quality as described by the evaluation indicators.
  15. Other duties as assigned.
