Accounts Payable Clerk

Memphis area Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This position supports multiple franchise dealerships and is responsible for processing a high volume of vendor invoices while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent organization.

• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Ensure invoices are properly coded and approved
• Communicate with vendors and dealership personnel regarding invoice questions
• Maintain organized electronic records
• Assist with month-end closing and other accounting projects as assigned
• Willing to take on anything thrown their way.

• Previous Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with dealership accounting software is a plus
• Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required
