Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

Responsibilities: Analyze evidence including medical records and investigative findings, interviewclients and witnesses, consultfield experts, and research statutes and case law Prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, pleadings, and other correspondence Collaborate with Senior Attorneys to determine case strategies and solutions to serve client’s needs after thorough analysis and review of plaintiff and defense positions Resolve cases to achieve the best possible outcome for the client through mediation, arbitration, and trial Participate in marketing initiatives such as podcasts, blogs, and ad campaigns Qualifications: Active member ofNC Bar Association required Active member of SC Bar Association preferred Two (2) or more years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation or litigation preferred A willingness to learn and growwith our nationally recognized attorneys is a must Bilingual English and Spanish a plus Proficiency in writing, research, negotiation, and public speaking required Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required Intermediate to advanced computer skills required Experience with SmartAdvocateSoftware a plus Passion for advocating for our clients and maintaining a positive attitude required Compensation This is a full-time salary exempt position.
