Description
Our Senior Project Manager will be resonsible for:
- Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
- Oversee subcontractor relationships and project execution
- Coordinate with school districts, consultants, owners, and agencies
- Drive project financial performance and schedule adherence
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout activities
- Ensure DSA and Public Works compliance
Profile
The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:
- Public Works construction experience required
- DSA experience preferred
- Experience leading educational or institutional projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
