This individual will monitor and respond to technical or security incidents, triage alerts, coordinate escalations, and support a mission-critical operations environment. Candidates should have a primary background in IT/Technical Operations or Security Operations, with emergency dispatch and customer service experience considered a plus. Compensation $21/hr to $25/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
