As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests, visitors, and staff. Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of guest areas, lodging facilities, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding property to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports and activity logs for incidents, patrols, and notable observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
