QC/QA Lab Associate - Biosafety Testing (cGMP/GLP)

responsibilities:

• Perform routine safety assays and lab testing in strict accordance with cGMP, GLP, and SOP guidelines.
• Maintain complete, comprehensive, and accurate lab documentation to ensure Right First Time (RFT) study integrity.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain standard laboratory equipment per established testing protocols.
• Conduct thorough peer reviews of assay batch records to verify data accuracy and quality control.
• Communicate study progress, interim results, and potential deviations directly to Study Management.

 
qualifications:

• Education & Experience: BA/BS in a scientific discipline with 6+ months of lab experience; OR AA in a scientific discipline with 1+ years of lab experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of lab experience.
• Strong working knowledge of basic laboratory practices, equipment, techniques, and mathematical calculations.
• Experience working within regulated laboratory environments (cGMP/GLP compliance).
• Proficiency in routine computer tools and software (e.g., LIMS, MS Office Suite).
