You will lead from the front, support and develop your team and drive strong performance across sales, service, standards and profitability. You will be responsible for creating a positive store environment where customers receive excellent service and colleagues feel supported to perform at their best. This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands on, working at pace and taking responsibility for both people and commercial results. Ideal Profile Previous experience managing and developing a retail team Strong commercial awareness with confidence managing sales, labour, waste and stock performance Passionate about delivering excellent customer service Confident setting targets and supporting teams to achieve them Organised and able to manage several priorities in a fast paced environment Positive, adaptable and willing to lead from the front Strong communication, coaching and problem solving skills Motivated by developing people and improving performance Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the store team Drive sales, revenue and overall store performance Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement Manage controllable costs within agreed budgets Maintain strong standards across compliance, audits and customer service Handle customer complaints and queries professionally Plan rotas and store resources effectively Recruit, train and retain high quality team members Work closely with internal departments on stock, promotions, training and store layout Create a culture focused on customer loyalty, coaching and development #J-18808-Ljbffr
