Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in Hanover, Pennsylvania , beginning October 19, 2026 .

A Predictable Full-Time CRNA Schedule

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

This is a consistent 40-hour-per-week assignment built around five weekday shifts.
No rotating nights.
No call.

Broad ASC Case Mix
Practice across a four-OR ambulatory surgery environment with approximately 6–15 cases per day , depending on room assignment.
Case mix includes:

• Orthopedics — significant volume
• General Surgery
• GYN
• Ophthalmology
• ENT
• Endoscopy
• Dental

The patient population includes both adults and pediatric patients .

Practice Model
The regular OR environment operates under a 1:3 medical-direction model .
CRNAs work independently in Endoscopy , with an anesthesiologist remaining in the building and available if needed.

This creates a practice model offering both structured anesthesiologist support and meaningful CRNA autonomy depending on the clinical environment.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Current CRNA certification
• Pennsylvania license or applicable compact eligibility
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• Comfortable caring for adult and pediatric patients
• Comfortable with the listed ambulatory surgical case mix
