Law Firm- Revenue Management Senior Lead opportunity based in the Chicago office. The team is building out a new service offering that will provide dedicated revenue management support to Global Practice Leaders and their respective practice groups.
This is a senior individual contributor position with no direct reports. In this role, you would serve as a trusted senior revenue advisor to GPLs and partners, helping them identify and address revenue-related risks across their practices. You would research and investigate financial concerns, collaborate with internal teams to determine appropriate solutions, monitor revenue performance, assess potential risks, and escalate concerns when needed.
The role has broad visibility and a highly collaborative scope. You would work closely with Global Practice Leaders, partners, senior attorneys, and teams across Revenue Operations, Financial Management, Billing, and Pricing. You would also partner with Revenue Management Analysts to support effective revenue management and help strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant revenue cycle management experience
- Experience working in the legal industry or similar professional services company
- Demonstrated technical and analytical skills within his/her professional background
