Compensation & Incentives Competitive Salary : Compensation range of $90,000 – $102,000 , based on experience and clinical expertise. Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonus opportunities, paid quarterly — because strong clinical outcomes should be rewarded. Paid Time Off : 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, so you can recharge and maintain balance. Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for eligible candidates. Retention Bonus Program: Up to $40,000 in long-term retention incentives. Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance, if you meet qualifications.
