Job Title: Perm Primary Care Physician
Job type: Full-time
Job Location: Aledo IL
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm + Call
Job Description:
- Provider must be interested in working in a rural community.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join 2 Physicians, and 6 APP's
- Lab and X-ray adjacent to the clinic in the hospital
- Clinic, Hospital, and Long Term Care coverage
- Weekend Requirements: Call rotation 1:6
On Call Requirements: Call rotation 1:6
- Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
- Up to $150K Commencement Bonus
