Job Title: Perm Primary Care Physician
Job type: Full-time
Job Location: Aledo IL
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm + Call

Job Description:

Provider must be interested in working in a rural community.
Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join 2 Physicians, and 6 APP's
Lab and X-ray adjacent to the clinic in the hospital
Clinic, Hospital, and Long Term Care coverage
Weekend Requirements: Call rotation 1:6
On Call Requirements: Call rotation 1:6

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
Up to $150K Commencement Bonus

Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
