Approximately 20% of your work will involve home visits. We'll provide hands-on training and mentoring to help you grow!Requirements:Requires valid State driver's license with a clean driving record.Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB ScreeningPhysical Requirements:Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.Must function independently, maintain confidentiality, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with personnel, regional and corporate consultants, vendors, patients/participants and support agencies.Is subject to lifting, carrying, and supporting participants.May include occasional overnight travel for in-service training programs, temporary coverage for another Center, etc.Must be able to drive a motor vehicle.Join Us!
