Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active or eligible for Florida state licensure as an SLP.
- SLP-CCC and SLP-CF applicants welcome.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in educational settings preferred but not required.
- Passion for helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success.
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes as required.
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school-based initiatives.
