Servers will work in fast-paced, service driven atmosphere while serving the best Northern Mexican cuisine. They will have an opportunity to host an unforgettable party with a management team that is service driven and develops a team to their fullest potential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet all guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant with an upbeat, friendly manner Demonstrate a fun welcoming attitude and effectively work as a team to ensure the highest level of service for all guests. Follow company guidelines for serving alcoholic beverages according to TABC regulations. Ensure all guests thoroughly enjoy The Mexican experience by providing an enjoyable and genuinely fun atmosphere while upholding a professional attitude. Assists restaurant staff as needed in providing an outstanding dining experience. Maintain a neat and organized work areas. Accomplished all opening, running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next shift. Maintain his/her work area in a clean, neat, and free of clutter. Requirements 2-3 years of fine dining experience in an upscale dining environment. Flexible schedule with weekend, holidays, and evening availability. Teamwork oriented, fun, energetic, friendly, and passionate. Proficient knowledge of spirits and steaks. Must attend and successfully complete orientation, and Team Member training program prior to working a shift. Must review and abide by all company policies and procedures as outlined. Must successfully attend, complete and maintain all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.
