What You’ll Do Complete service calls efficiently and professionally Diagnose plumbing issues and determine practical, cost‑effective solutions Ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and jobsite conditions Perform physical plumbing work, including repairs under homes, digging, concrete work, and equipment operation Safely use ladders, jackhammers, hand tools, and plumbing equipment Accurately document work performed and materials used What We’re Looking For Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License required Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities Dependable attendance and professional attitude Physical Requirements This role is hands‑on and physically demanding.
